Bishop Dwayne Lusk has been in the ministry since 1963. In 1975 he and his wife, Janice Lusk, founded The Potter's House church, which later became Victory Church International, in Parker, Texas. During the course of their ministry they have traveled nationally and in over 65 nations of the world spreading and teaching the word of God. In the year 2000, Dr. Lusk released the pastorate of Victory Church to Dr. Paul Freeman, allowing him to give oversight to his spiritual sons and churches, both in America and the former Soviet Union.

Dr. Lusk is currently the Director of the Missions Department at Victory Church International. In this capacity he oversees the training of pastors and establishment of new churches throughout the old Soviet Union.
